(Thanksgiving Recipe) Thirty Minute Rolls!

Since Thanksgiving is just around the corner, i’d like to share one of my favorite recipes. Thirty minute rolls! My mom has been baking these delicious rolls all throughout Autumn this year and the kiddos devour them. They are easy, fast, fun and SO scrumptious. Your tummy is going to thank you. Enjoy!:)

(Recipe from “Real Mom Kitchen”

1 C plus 2 tbsp warm water

1/3 C oil

1/4 C sugar

1 tsp salt

1 egg

3 1/2 bread flour (seems to work better but all purpose flour will work just fine!

Heat oven to 400 degrees

In your mixer bowl combine the water, oil, yeast and sugar and allow it to rest for fifteen minutes. Mix in the salt, egg and flour. Knead with hook until will incorporated and dough is soft and smooth. (just a few minutes)

Form dough into twelve balls and then place in greased 9 × 13 pan and allow to rest for ten minutes.

Bake for ten minutes in 400 degrees or until your yummy rolls are golden brown.

I hope you enjoy these thirty minute rolls! Blessings from my family, to yours!
